We hope you love your MISSOSCA® sleepwear. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In original condition

• With all tags attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges or store credit if your item doesn’t fit or if you would prefer a different style or size.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Personalised & Embroidered Items

Items that have been personalised or embroidered are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.

Please ensure all spelling and details are correct before placing your order.

Please also note that embroidered items require additional processing time before dispatch.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as MISSOSCA® cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
