The Benefits of Bamboo Viscose Sleepwear
Soft textures, relaxed shapes and thoughtful details make getting ready for bed feel special. Bamboo viscose brings a smooth feel and flowing drape to this everyday ritual.
What is bamboo viscose?
Bamboo viscose is a manufactured cellulose fibre made using bamboo as its plant source. The bamboo is processed into viscose fibres, which are then made into fabric. This is why we describe the material as bamboo viscose rather than raw bamboo fibre.
A soft, smooth feel
Bamboo viscose fabrics are valued for their soft touch. Their smooth texture makes them an appealing choice for pyjamas and loungewear worn directly against the skin.
A flowing drape
Viscose falls fluidly, giving sleepwear a relaxed, elegant appearance. Paired with a comfortable cut, it allows the fabric to move easily with you.
Comfort for winding down
Viscose is an absorbent fibre. In a suitably constructed fabric, it can also offer breathable comfort. The fabric’s thickness, weave or knit, and any other fibres in the blend all contribute to how warm or light the finished garment feels.
The MISSOSCA® approach
Our bamboo viscose collection combines expressive colour, delicate botanical detailing and considered finishing touches. It’s sleepwear designed to feel as thoughtfully styled as the rest of your wardrobe.
Caring for your sleepwear
Always follow your garment’s care label, including any instructions for protecting its decorative details.
